There's been two things that have been distracting me lately, got me uninspired. But if there's one thing to be certain, a romantic film with a Paris setting will always make me feel alive again! With that being said, Midnight in Paris with Owen Wilson is a great and honest film! And the soundtrack is impeccable. Check out my current "Paris feels" playlist here, it'll make you feel all Parisian. I don't quite know exactly what they're saying, but according to my French colleague, they are not bad songs.

Since I've watched the film (maybe 2 or 3 times now), I've been reminiscing on the time I visited this beautiful place back in high school with some fellow classmates. Here's the sad part... I lost, yes I said lost, all my pictures and I mean all... All the more reason to visit Paris again!

I remember the first time I saw the Eiffel Tower, I couldn't believe it was real. I couldn't believe I saw standing, looking up, walking underneath it and then riding in an elevator to the top and finally just seeing the city from a different point of view.

The double ice cream cone! Oh how can I not forget this! I remember a man selling ice cream from his cart and I couldn't resist! I can never resist ice cream!

These pictures don't do it justice, how beautiful Paris is. I fell in love with Monaco & I can't wait to go back to the South of France!

I'm currently teaching myself French, so when the time comes I can try to fully immerse myself with the French culture and people. It seems like a good idea to learn, at least a little bit, of a language of a place you plan or are visiting.

If you've been there recently or live there, what are some spots to visits other than the tourist attractions? I'm going to start a list for when I travel to Paris!
